Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This condition requirement does not apply when the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items with a confirmed manufacturing defect do not need to meet the same original-condition requirements as standard returns. However, we may request photographs or other information to help us review the issue.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as special orders or personalized items; and personal-care goods such as beauty products.

We also do not accept returns involving hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. A flat $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
